Veteran's Day 2022 the sun was shining brightly on a brisk Friday morning, November 11, 2022, as the Claremore Heritage Adventist School students assembled their Veteran's Day Parade float. Red, white, and blue sparkling streamers outlined the float trailer, and our county's military flags stood tall waving on the sides: the Oklahoma flag of Peace, the Cross of Jesus, and of course, Old Glory majestically and proudly taking the lead.
It's such an awesome privilege to honor our veterans and tell them Thank you for your service. By being a part of the Veteran's Parade and reciting our pledges each day, we strive to instill in our students the importance of community, love of country, and respect for those who serve community and country, but above all to love and honor God!
