Camp Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Wewoka Woods Adventist Center
The Oklahoma Conference is seeking a part-time Camp Administrative Assistant to support the Wewoka Woods Adventist Center. This role provides vital administrative support, assists visitors and callers with professionalism, and helps coordinate resources for camp leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

General office duties including phones, scheduling, correspondence, and filing.

Assist with managing camp calendar

Support Youth Ministries staff in camp planning and activities.
Qualifications:
-
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Familiarity with office software; social media/website skills preferred.

Previous experience in Adventurer or Pathfinder ministries helpful.
-
As a faith-based organization, this position requires membership in the Seventh-day Adventist Church in regular standing.
Schedule & Work Environment:
-
Part-time, hourly position (non-exempt).
-
Hours scheduled within regular office operations (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.), with occasional weekend work.

Office environment; minimal physical demands.
