Adventist Youth Music Association (AYMA) seeks Oklahoma students in grades 9-12 to participate in the solo adjudication stage this fall and hopefully the summer experience in the summer of 2026. This is open, not only to students in our Adventist academies, but homeschool and public-school students as well.
High school musicians from across the globe are invited to submit video recordings for adjudication and rating by experts. Just like the popular Solo & Ensemble events all over the United States students will get feedback and encouragement to develop their musical skills without Sabbath conflicts, which is one of the primary reasons AYMA has created this opportunity.
This is a joint project created by many Adventist Universities and Colleges in the NAD and backed by the General Conference to support music education among Adventist youth in order to inspire them to improve their God given abilities, build community, and make a joyful noise.
