In-Jong Choi
Lay Pastor
For over 20 years, Injong Choi has faithfully served the Korean Seventh-day Adventist community, bringing patience, faithfulness, and a heart for evangelism to every church he has ministered to. From OKC Korean Church to Houston Korean Church, and now at Tulsa Korean SDA Church, his commitment to sharing the gospel has touched countless lives.
Injong’s journey into ministry was inspired by a deep mission for the church and a passion for evangelism. His faith has shaped his approach, teaching him the power of patience and unwavering dedication. Even in his free time, he pours his heart into preparing PowerPoint presentations for sermons, ensuring that his messages resonate with those he serves.
A lifelong learner, Injong holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Yoense University of Science and Education in Seoul, Korea. His career spans 25 years as a math teacher in an Adventist high school in Korea, followed by roles in physical therapy, massage therapy, and dental lab work—each experience reflecting his dedication to helping others.
Beyond ministry, Injong is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, cherishing his time with his children and grandchildren. His love for fruit and vegetables keeps him energized for the work ahead, and his guiding verse, Ephesians 6:24, reflects his deep commitment to faith:
"Grace be with all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with love incorruptible."
If Injong could do anything in ministry with full support, he would diligently help church members grow in the gospel—a mission he already lives out every day. His humble spirit, tireless dedication, and unwavering faith make him a true blessing to the Tulsa Korean Adventist Church and beyond.
