It is free to register your child, but you are welcome to make a donation to help cover the cost of supplies in the children's & youth areas. If you are not interested in donating, please put $0 in the dollar amount.

All Young people under 18 need to be registered by a parent or guardian. Please fill out this form for each of your children.
Liability Waiver & Consent to Treat:
All activities are performed at the risk of each individual. Any minor children needing supervision or assistance beyond the ability of the camp staff must be cared for by the guardian. Children are to be supervised at all times while on the campus of W.W.A.C..…
