Miguel Espinosa
Chef at Wewoka Woods Adventist Center
Miguel Espinosa brings a passion for hospitality, excellence, and Christ‑centered service to his role as Food Services Director at Wewoka Woods Adventist Center. Before joining the Oklahoma Conference team, Miguel served in the Southwestern Adventist University Food Service Department, where he became known for his warm leadership style, creative menu planning, and commitment to nourishing students in body and spirit.
With a background shaped by both professional kitchen experience and Adventist educational environments, Miguel understands the unique rhythm of camp ministry—feeding large groups, supporting diverse dietary needs, and creating meals that feel like home. His approach blends efficiency with heart: every plate is an opportunity to serve, encourage, and build community.
At Wewoka Woods, Miguel oversees all aspects of camp dining operations, from menu development and kitchen management to training seasonal staff. His goal is simple and deeply mission‑aligned: to make the dining hall a place where campers, volunteers, and guests feel welcomed, cared for, and strengthened for the ministry and adventure ahead.
