STUDENTS LEAD OUT FOR EDUCATION SABBATH IN BRISTOW

BRISTOW, Okla. — Churches across the Oklahoma Conference opened their doors on Sabbath as local school communities led out for Education Sabbath, showcasing the impact of Adventist education through student-led worship and praise.

At the Bristow Seventh-day Adventist Church, students, educators, and church leaders gathered for a special service centered on praise, community outreach, and faithful service.

Under the leadership of head teacher Nelda Wilson and members of the school board, students led the congregation in worship throughout the morning. A highlight of the service was a unique children’s story presented by the students, who shared the historical account of how believers once hid the Bible by baking it inside loaves of bread to preserve the Word of God during times of persecution.

The worship service challenged church members to answer God's call by continuing to live out the faithfulness of Christ and actively sharing the Gospel with their local community.

Conference leaders expressed gratitude for the dedicated teachers, principals, and students who continue to advance the mission of Adventist education across the region.
