Fearless Females - Women's Ministry SElf-Defense Workshop

On Sunday, February 12, 2023, the Muskogee SDA Church's Women's Ministries organized and sponsored a self-defense/awareness class led by instructor Mr. Myles Martin. The class provided an opportunity to learn the importance of being aware of one's surroundings, as well as invaluable techniques to defend oneself. Participants were able to practice what they had learned on each other in a fun and engaging way. The Women's Ministries volunteers, and especially leader Sylvia Patterson, deserve special recognition for their generous sponsorship of this meaningful program.
