Common Ground: Young Adults Prepare for a Weekend of Connection, Worship, and Renewal

Young adults from across Oklahoma and beyond will be coming together for a refreshing weekend retreat, October 16–18, designed to help them connect with God and connect with each other. The event, titled Common Ground, will be held at Wewoka Woods Adventist Center, where participants will enjoy a blend of worship, fellowship, and meaningful conversations.

The retreat will feature Nathan Shires, Oklahoma Conference Executive Secretary, as the weekend speaker. His messages will invite young adults to explore what it means to build authentic community, deepen their walk with Christ, and find shared purpose in their spiritual journeys.
