Today, April 8, Fred Rogers and Pastor Jim Landelius are participating in the Public Tribal Health Conference and representing the work of Native Ministries.
Nearly 70 individuals have already registered to receive the Plant to Plate book that Native Ministries is distributing at the event.
"This strong response reflects a growing interest in practical, culturally respectful health resources"—Jim Landelius
The primary goal of this outreach is to introduce participants to Diabetes Undone, a lifestyle‑medicine program that offers hope, education, and tools for preventing and reversing Type 2 diabetes. By connecting individuals with local Adventist churches, the initiative seeks to build trust, meet community needs, and open doors for deeper relationships that ultimately point people to Jesus.
Oklahoma Conference of Seventh-day Adventists Native Ministries are grateful for the opportunity to serve, listen, and build bridges of health, hope, and spiritual connection across tribal communities.
